Itinerary
The 139th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) – Spring 2026 edition – will be
held at the Canton Fair Complex (Pazhou Complex) in Guangzhou, China. This major
international trade event is divided into three phases, each focusing on specific product
categories
Arrival at Hong Kong Airport, meet and greet, and get transferred to hotel as per scheduled Shuttles
from airport, check-into the hotel and explore the neighbourhood in the leisure time. Indian dinner is
at hotel or restaurant. Overnight stay.
Sightseeing : Hong kong
Meal : Dinner
Breakfast at hotel, and Check out the hotel to board the coach to proceed for
half-day Hong Kong city tour including Victoria Peak, Avenue of Stars, Clock
Tower, 1881 Heritage Building, Free lunch (on own) time, and later proceed to
Shenzhen Immigration check point for border crossing. Later get picked up by Team to proceed to
Guangzhou by AC coach, check-in to hotel and attend orientation session over dinner, overnight stay
in Hotel.
Sightseeing : Hong City Tour
Meal : Breakfast, Dinner
Breakfast at the hotel and board the shuttle to the Canton Fair complex for a full-day visit and return
by shuttle. (Pls check and note for scheduled timing & report 10mins early). Dinner at the hotel and
Overnight stay. (Kindly Note that Shuttle Coach seats are First Cum First Served & will leave as per
time)

Meal : Breakfast, Dinner
Breakfast at the hotel. Shuttle to the Canton Fair complex for the full day and return to hotel by
shuttle. Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Canton Fair for the full day. Lunch on your own. Return to the hotel
early. (Refer to Canton Shuttle Schedule) Attend the Networking dinner. Overnight stay at hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Canton Fair for a half-day and proceed to Guangzhou city tour
covering Canton Tower photo stop, Six Banyan Trees Temple and Shamian Island. Later explore
Beijing Road for local experiences or visit Local mall for China Markets shopping. Return to the hotel
for Dinner and overnight stay.
Sightseeing : Canton Fair | Guangzhou City Tour
Meal : Breakfast, Dinner
Depart the city early hours with Packed Breakfast from the hotel. Check out and get transferred to
Shenzhen Border and later proceed to Hong Kong Airport. Complete check-in and security formalities
to Fly back to India.

Notes
Here is a list that you must know while traveling International:
Always follow the Tour Leader/ Tour Manager and their instructions for smooth tour and
Happy Memories.
Please read about destinations, Understand Time Zones, Learn the local customs & culture

Carry up to 3000 Euros (1000 Euros minimum) during travel. (Keep in safe custody or use
Lockers in rooms)
Private tours are on extra cost basis.
Avoid venturing independently unless confident and do not interfere with foreigner groups.
In case of situations, please Tour Manager/ Leader for assistance or Local Police for
immediate back up.
Should not speak loudly and be courteous. Avoid any arguments and always try to approach
someone trustworthy.
Record Helpline numbers in every destination for emergency. Pls make a note of Address/
Contact numbers of hotels in case of emergency.
Report 15-20 mins before scheduled time as Vendors are punctual (unless a Situation) and
Overtime is charged.
Smart phones are recommended. and pls check international roaming status before
departures.
Baggage Allowances to be as per guidelines and it is recommended to carry 1 check in
Baggage (23kgs) and 1 cain baggage (7-10 kgs) during the tour.
It is recommended to book Refundable airfares for the benefit of having low cancellation
charges in case of visa rejections.
ID Proof any Passport copies as back up. (For International Travel)
Water Bottle with a Filtering System or tap water. Water bottles are not available.
Public toilets are on chargeable basis in Europe. (1-4 euros per use)
Please do carry Daily Medications and Preions if any if a medical history exists.
Phone Chargers and Universal Adaptors are required as sockets are different in USA.
Recommended to carry Walking Shoes as Europe demands more walking. (10000-20000
steps a day)
Shades, Earphones, Cap, Power bank, Sunscreen Lotion, Camera, Wet Wipes, Ladies
basics, Toilet Papers are recommended.
Mosquito Cream/bands/net depending upon your itinerary.
Plan to go in groups for shopping for better negotiation power and complimenting support.
Cancellation Rules
- Cancellation before 30 days from the date of booking incurs a 10% charge on the Tour package amount, excluding train, flight, helicopter, and cruise cancellation charges.
- Cancellation between 30 days to 15 days will result in a 25% charge from the tour package amount.
- Cancellation between 15 days to 7 days incurs a 50% charge of the Tour package amount.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure will not be eligible for any refund.
- Cancellation within 7 days with a reference to other customers will result in a 75% refund added to the new customer.
