Terms and Conditions
- Tourists are required to make an advance payment of fifty percent of the total amount during the booking process, with the remaining balance due one week before the scheduled departure.
- No refunds will be provided if a tourist cancels the tour, and the advance/full amount will not be refunded (refer to the Cancellation Policy).
- Adherence to the time schedule announced by the Tour Operator/Guide is essential to cover all planned destinations.
- Conveyance charges from the bus alighting point to hotels/temples and other locations inaccessible to tourist buses due to traffic regulations are the responsibility of the tourists.
- In the case of any tour extensions or delays, a daily charge ranging from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 5,000 will be applicable.
