Terms and Conditions
- Tourists are required to make an advance payment of fifty percent of the total amount during the booking process, with the remaining balance due one week before the scheduled departure.
- No refunds will be provided if a tourist cancels the tour, and the advance/full amount will not be refunded (refer to the Cancellation Policy).
- Adherence to the time schedule announced by the Tour Operator/Guide is essential to cover all planned destinations. Conveyance charges from the bus alighting point to hotels/temples and other locations inaccessible to tourist buses due to traffic regulations are the responsibility of the tourists. In the case of any tour extensions or delays, a daily charge ranging from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 5,000 will be applicable

Upon arrival at Varanasi Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our team and transferred to your hotel.Evening:* • After checking in and freshening up, immerse yourself in the spiritual ambiance of this ancient city by visiting the revered Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. • Later, witness the breathtaking Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, where the sight of priests performing rituals with fire lamps to the rhythmic sounds of bells and mantras will leave you in awe. Halt.
•Visit the revered *Kashi Vishwanath Jyotirlinga*, one of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva. •Pay homage at *Vishalakshi Shakti Peeth*, a significant temple dedicated to Goddess Vishalakshi, considered a Shakti Peetham. •Visit the *Annapurna Devi Temple*, dedicated to the goddess of nourishment. *Lunch and Leisure:* •Return to the hotel for lunch and some leisure time. •Relax *Dinner and Overnight:*

* Early Morning (4:00 AM):* • Wake up early, freshen up, and enjoy tea, coffee, or biscuits. * Departure to Prayagraj:* • Depart for Prayagraj, a 3-hour drive (approximately 120 km). * Arrival at Prayagraj:* • Arrive at *Triveni Sangam*, the sacred confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati rivers. Take a holy dip and perform rituals. • After completing the rituals, enjoy a packed or freshly prepared breakfast • Visit the *Alopi Devi Shakti Peeth*, a sacred site dedicated to Goddess Alopi. * Return to Varanasi:* • On the way back, visit **Sitamarhi* (a place associated with Sita from the Ramayana) and *Vindhyachal* (a revered Shakti Peeth). * Evening and Overnight:* • Arrive back in Varanasi for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Any expenses incurred due to reasons beyond our control, such as bad weather, natural calamities, roadblocks, flight/helicopter/train delays, excess baggage, rescheduling or cancellations, accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, war, airline or hotel policies, etc., are not the responsibility of the tour operator.
Cancelation Rules
- Cancellation before 30 days from the date of booking incurs a 10% charge on the Tour package amount, excluding train, flight, helicopter, and cruise cancellation charges.
- Cancellation between 30 days to 15 days will result in a 25% charge from the tour package amount.
- Cancellation between 15 days to 7 days incurs a 50% charge of the Tour package amount.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure will not be eligible for any refund.
- Cancellation within 7 days with a reference to other customers will result in a 75% refund added to the new customer.
