Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.
General Conditions
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@ssbtravelz.com.
- Cancellation date is calculated from the date SSB Travelz receives the written cancellation request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.
- Flight/train tickets booked separately are subject to the airline/railway cancellation policy.
- In case SSB Travelz cancels a tour due to insufficient bookings or force majeure, a 100% refund will be issued.
- No refund will be issued for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
Day-by-Day Itinerary
May 28 | Hyderabad → Train Journey
The tour begins with departure from Hyderabad Railway Station at 6:30 AM by Telangana Express (3AC) towards the Mathura/Delhi route. Devotees will enjoy a comfortable train journey throughout the day while traveling towards North India. This day is dedicated to the journey, allowing travelers to relax and prepare for the upcoming spiritual experiences. Overnight stay will be in the train.
May 29 | Mathura – Vrindavan
The group will arrive at Mathura around 5:30 AM where our SSB Travelz tour guide will receive the travelers and assist with the transfer to the hotel. After hotel check-in, fresh up, and breakfast, the group will proceed for darshan at the sacred Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple, the birthplace of Lord Krishna. After lunch and some rest, the evening will be dedicated to Vrindavan local sightseeing, visiting famous temples such as Banke Bihari Temple, ISKCON Temple, and Prem Mandir, where devotees can witness the beautiful evening illumination and spiritual atmosphere. Overnight stay will be at Mathura.
May 30 | Mathura – Agra – Gokul
After breakfast, the group will check out from the hotel and travel to Agra. Upon arrival, travelers will enjoy local sightseeing in Agra, which may include visiting famous landmarks and exploring the historical surroundings of the city. After lunch, the group will proceed to Gokul, a sacred place associated with the childhood of Lord Krishna. Devotees will visit the temples and holy ghats of Gokul and experience the spiritual significance of the place. Later, the group will return to Agra for dinner and overnight stay.
May 31 | Agra – Kurukshetra
After breakfast, the journey continues from Agra to Kurukshetra, the holy land associated with the Mahabharata and the place where Lord Krishna delivered the Bhagavad Gita to Arjuna. The group will travel comfortably by AC bus with a lunch break during the journey. Upon arrival in Kurukshetra, travelers will check into the hotel and relax. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Kurukshetra.
June 1 | Kurukshetra Sightseeing
After breakfast, the day will be dedicated to local sightseeing in Kurukshetra, visiting sacred places such as Brahma Sarovar, Jyotisar (the birthplace of the Bhagavad Gita), Sannihit Sarovar, and other important temples in the region. Devotees will have the opportunity to experience the spiritual aura of this historic land where the great epic Mahabharata took place. The evening can be spent near the ghats in peaceful prayer and reflection. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Kurukshetra.
June 2 | Kurukshetra – Yamuna Nagar – Chamunda
Early in the morning, after tea/coffee and fresh up, the group will depart for Yamuna Nagar. Here, devotees will participate in the holy Yamuna Pushkaralu Snanam, a sacred ritual bath in the River Yamuna during the auspicious Pushkaralu festival, believed to bring spiritual purification and blessings. After this divine experience, the journey continues towards Chamunda Devi Temple in Himachal Pradesh. Upon arrival, travelers will check into the hotel and rest. Overnight stay will be at Chamunda.
June 3 | Chamunda – Kangra – Jwalamukhi – Chintpurni
The day begins with an early morning darshan at Chamunda Devi Shaktipeet, one of the powerful Shakti temples. After darshan, the group will proceed to visit Kangra Devi (Brajeshwari Devi) Temple, another important Shaktipeet. The pilgrimage continues to the sacred Jwalamukhi Temple, famous for its eternal flame that burns naturally from the earth, representing the divine presence of the goddess. After lunch, the journey continues to Chintpurni Temple, another revered Shaktipeet where devotees pray for relief from worries and fulfillment of wishes. After darshan, the group will proceed to the hotel for overnight stay.
June 4 | Naina Devi – Chandigarh Return
On the final day, travelers will have an early morning breakfast near the scenic Bhakra Nangal Dam viewpoint. The group will then visit the sacred Naina Devi Temple, another important Shaktipeet located in the Himalayan hills, where devotees will have darshan and seek divine blessings. After completing the temple visit, the group will proceed to Chandigarh Airport to board the Indigo flight back to Hyderabad, marking the conclusion of the spiritual journey with divine blessings and memorable experiences.
