SSB Travelz is a travel service provider offering domestic and international tour packages, pilgrimage tours, customized travel itineraries, hotel reservations, transportation services, and related travel arrangements.

By using our website or booking any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

02 Booking & Payment Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• To confirm a booking, customers must pay a minimum of 50% of the total tour cost as an advance payment.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the tour departure date.
• Failure to complete the payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.

03 Pricing Policy

• Prices displayed on our website and promotional materials are subject to change without prior notice.
• Tour costs may vary due to changes in government taxes, airline fares, fuel surcharges, hotel tariffs, currency fluctuations, or other operational expenses.
• The final applicable price will be confirmed at the time of booking.

04 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Flight Tickets

• Once flight tickets are booked and the tour is confirmed, flight ticket charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Entry Tickets

• Entry tickets included in the package are non-refundable in case of tour cancellation by the traveler.

Visa Charges

• Any amount paid towards visa processing and visa fees is strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome or reason for cancellation.

Hotel, Food & Transportation Charges

Payment Requirement

• The complete tour amount must be cleared 7 days before the commencement of the tour.

05 Travel Documents

• Travelers are solely responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, government-issued identification, permits, and any other documents required for travel.
• SSB Travelz shall not be held responsible for denied boarding, visa rejection, immigration issues, or entry restrictions arising from incomplete, incorrect, or invalid documentation.

06 Changes to Itinerary

SSB Travelz reserves the right to modify, alter, or reschedule tour itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Government regulations
• Political disturbances
• Transport disruptions
• Operational requirements

Any such changes will be communicated to customers at the earliest possible opportunity.

07 Liability Disclaimer

SSB Travelz acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, guides, and other vendors.

SSB Travelz shall not be liable for:

• Flight delays or cancellations
• Train delays or cancellations
• Natural calamities
• Accidents, injuries, illnesses, or death
• Loss, theft, or damage of baggage and personal belongings
• Service deficiencies caused by third-party providers
• Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control

08 Customer Responsibilities

All travelers are expected to:

• Comply with local laws and regulations.
• Respect cultural, religious, and heritage sites.
• Maintain discipline and proper conduct during the tour.
• Follow instructions provided by tour managers and guides.

SSB Travelz reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, itineraries, and tour packages, is the intellectual property of SSB Travelz.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

10 Privacy Policy

SSB Travelz values your privacy and handles personal information responsibly. Customer information will only be used for booking, operational, legal, and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to facilitate travel arrangements or comply with legal obligations.

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office location of SSB Travelz.
