- 2 Travelers must carry valid ID, passport, visa, and other required travel documents.
- 3 SSB Travelz is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to invalid or missing documents.
- 4 SSB Travelz acts only as a travel facilitator and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, baggage loss, or service issues caused by third parties.
- 5 Additional expenses due to delays, tour extensions, or force majeure shall be borne by the traveler.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.
- Once the trip is confirmed, flight tickets cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
- Entry tickets included in the tour package are non-refundable in case the traveler decides to cancel the tour.
- Any amount paid toward visa processing is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- 50% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 20 days or more before the tour date.
- *25% refund* of hotel, food, and transportation charges will be provided for cancellations made *15 days before* the departure date.
- *No refund* will be provided for cancellations made *7 days or less* before the departure date.

The tour also includes a guided Guangzhou city tour, comfortable accommodation, daily breakfast and dinner, airport and venue transfers, and dedicated tour assistance for a seamless business travel experience.
Arrival in Hong Kong | Transfer to Foshan
Upon arrival at Hong Kong International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour representative. After completing immigration formalities at the Shenzhen border, proceed to Foshan by A/C coach. Check in to your hotel and relax before enjoying dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Canton Fair Visit
After breakfast, travel to the Canton Fair Complex for a full day of business exploration. Meet international exhibitors, discover innovative products, interact with manufacturers, and explore new trade opportunities. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Canton Fair & Guangzhou City Tour
After breakfast, spend the first half of the day at the Canton Fair for your final business meetings and product sourcing. Later, enjoy a guided city tour of Guangzhou covering the iconic Canton Tower (photo stop), Six Banyan Trees Temple, Shamian Island, and Beijing Road for shopping and local experiences. Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Departure
After an early packed breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the Shenzhen border. Continue your journey to Hong Kong International Airport for your onward flight, taking home valuable business connections and memorable experiences from the Canton Fair.
