We are not responsible for flight delays, natural calamities, any cancellations, accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, or damages caused by third-party service providers.
2 Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents such as passports, visas, identification cards, and other required permits. SSB Travels will not be responsible for denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documents.

Terms & Conditions

1 All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
2 Customers are required to pay 50% of advance amount to confirm the booking.
3 The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the tour departure date.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.

Once the trip is confirmed, flight tickets cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Entry tickets included in the tour package are non-refundable in case the traveler decides to cancel the tour.
Any amount paid toward visa processing is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
50% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 20 days or more before the tour date.
25% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 15 days before the tour date.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour date.
The full tour amount must be paid at least 7 days prior to the tour start date.

General Conditions

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@ssbtravelz.com.
Cancellation date is calculated from the date SSB Travelz receives the written cancellation request.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.
Flight/train tickets booked separately are subject to the airline/railway cancellation policy.
In case SSB Travelz cancels a tour due to insufficient bookings or force majeure, a 100% refund will be issued.
No refund will be issued for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Varanasi – A City of Spiritual Depth

*Morning/Afternoon:* • Upon arrival at Varanasi Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our team and transferred to your hotel. Evening:* • After checking in and freshening up, immerse yourself in the spiritual ambiance of this ancient city by visiting the revered Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. • Later, witness the breathtaking Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, where the sight of priests performing rituals with fire lamps to the rhythmic sounds of bells and mantras will leave you in awe. *Overnight:* • Return to your hotel for a peaceful overnight stay, ready for the spiritual journey ahead.

Day 2

Allahabad (Prayagraj) Exploration and Journey to Ayodhya

*Morning:* • Begin your day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on a journey to Allahabad (Prayagraj), home to the sacred Triveni Sangam, the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers. • At the Sangam, take part in the traditional ritual of a holy dip, believed to cleanse the soul and bring spiritual blessings. • Visit the renowned Alopi Devi Shakti Peeth, an ancient temple dedicated to Goddess Alopi, known for its deep significance in Hindu mythology. *Afternoon:* • After your enriching visit to Prayagraj, continue your journey to Ayodhya (approximately 4 hours by road). Arrive in Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Ram, and check in to your hotel for a relaxing evening. *Evening:* • You’ll have time to relax and soak in the serene environment of Ayodhya, preparing for a day of exploration tomorrow. *Overnight:* • Rest overnight in your hotel, surrounded by the sacred energy of this divine city.

Day 3

Ayodhya Sightseeing and Return to Varanasi

*Morning:* • Start your day early with a visit to the newly constructed Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, a site of profound religious significance. Witness the grand architecture and experience the tranquility of early morning prayers. • After darshan, enjoy a delicious breakfast at a local eatery, soaking in the spiritual charm of Ayodhya. *Late Morning:* Continue your exploration of Ayodhya by visiting Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, and the serene Saryu Ghat, where you can experience the peaceful beauty of the Saryu River. *Afternoon:* Savor a traditional lunch at a local restaurant before beginning your journey back to Varanasi (approximately 5 hours by road).
