4 SSB Travelz acts only as a travel facilitator and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, baggage loss, or service issues caused by third parties.
5 Additional expenses due to delays, tour extensions, or force majeure shall be borne by the traveler.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.

Once the trip is confirmed, flight tickets cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Entry tickets included in the tour package are non-refundable in case the traveler decides to cancel the tour.
Any amount paid toward visa processing is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
50% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 20 days or more before the tour date.
25% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 15 days before the tour date.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour date.
The full tour amount must be paid at least 7 days prior to the tour start date.

50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Balance payment must be completed 7 days before departure.
All bookings are subject to availability.

Day 1

Arrival in Varanasi – A City of Spiritual Depth

Arrive at Varanasi Airport and transfer to the hotel. In the evening, visit the sacred Kashi Vishwanath Temple and witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat.

Day 2

Prayagraj – Ayodhya

After breakfast, drive to Prayagraj and take a holy dip at Triveni Sangam. Visit Alopi Devi Shakti Peeth, then continue to Ayodhya for an overnight stay.

Day 3

Ayodhya – Varanasi

Visit Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, and Saryu Ghat. Later, return to Varanasi for an overnight stay.

Day 4

Varanasi Sightseeing & Departure

After breakfast, visit Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, and Birla Mandir (BHU). Later, transfer to Varanasi Airport for your onward journey.
