Important Notes
- 1 Local time zone: Gulf Standard Time (GST) UTC +4.
- 2 Luggage & mobility: Standard coach transfers included. If any guest has mobility needs, please advise in advance.
- 3 Dress code: Conservative clothing required for Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque (no shorts, shoulders covered; women should carry a scarf). Comfortable

- 5 Visas / Travel documents: Guests must carry passports and printed travel documents. Ensure visas (if required) are valid.
- 6 Timing tolerance: All times are approximate and subject to local traffic and operational changes. We’ll make every effort to keep to the schedule.
Terms & Conditions
- 1 Tourists are required to make an advance payment of fifty percent of the total amount during the booking process, with the remaining balance due one week before the scheduled departure.
- 2 No refunds will be provided if a tourist cancels the tour, and the advance/full amount will not be refunded (refer to the Cancellation Policy).
- 3 Adherence to the time schedule announced by the Tour Operator/Guide is essential to cover all planned destinations. Conveyance charges from the bus alighting point to hotels/temples and other locations inaccessible to tourist buses due to traffic regulations are the responsibility of the tourists. In the case of any tour extensions or delays, a daily charge ranging from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 5,000 will be applicable.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.
- Cancellation before 30 days from the date of booking incurs a 10% charge on the Tour package amount, excluding train, flight, helicopter, and cruise cancellation charges.
- Cancellation between 30 days to 15 days will result in a 25% charge from the tour package amount.
- Cancellation between 15 days to 7 days incurs a 50% charge of the Tour package amount.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure will not be eligible for any refund.
- Cancellation within 7 days with a reference to other customers will result in a 75% refund added to the new customer.
General Conditions
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@ssbtravelz.com.
- Cancellation date is calculated from the date SSB Travelz receives the written cancellation request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.
- Flight/train tickets booked separately are subject to the airline/railway cancellation policy.
- In case SSB Travelz cancels a tour due to insufficient bookings or force majeure, a 100% refund will be issued.
- No refund will be issued for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrival Transfer + Dhow Cruise at Marina with Dinner
Upon arrival at Dubai Intl. Airport (DXB): Guests will be met by our airport representative at the arrival hall with a Booketto sign. Service: Meet & Assist + Private Coach transfer to Bur Dubai Hotel. Estimated transfer time: 30–45 mins depending on terminal and traffic. Approx. hotel check-in: Standard check-in timings apply; luggage can be stored with the hotel if rooms are not ready. 12:30 – 14:00 — Lunch Venue: Local Indian restaurant (pre-booked for group). Served: Set lunch menu (vegetarian & non-veg options). Please inform us of dietary restrictions in advance. 17:30 – 18:30 — Hotel leisure / freshen up 19:00 — Dhow Cruise at Dubai Marina (with Dinner) Pick up: Hotel Lobby — Hotel @1900 hrs Activity: Transfer to Dubai Marina, board traditional Dhow. Duration: Approx. 2–2.5 hrs (cruise + dinner). Inclusions: Dinner buffet, soft beverages (water/tea/coffee), seating on dhow, basic sightseeing along Marina skyline. Drop: Back to hotel — Hotel @2230 hrs Notes: Dress smart casual; dhow is semi-open deck. Overnight: Bur Dubai Hotel
Half-Day Dubai City Tour — Dubai Frame — Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall
07:30 – 09:00 — Breakfast at hotel 09:00 — Half-Day Dubai City Tour Pick up: Hotel @0900 hrs Itinerary: Photo stop at Jumeirah Mosque & Jumeirah Beach Drive by Burj Al Arab (photo stop) & Palm Jumeirah (view point) Visit and walk through historical Al Fahidi / Bastakiya area (short stop) Dubai Frame visit — includes entry & elevator to frame viewing gallery (brief orientation & photos). Approx. duration: 3–4 hrs. Return/Drop to hotel: Hotel @1400 hrs 14:00 – 15:00 — Lunch (pre-booked Indian restaurant) 16:00 — Burj Khalifa — At The Top Visit (124th floor, Non-Peak) Pick up: Hotel @1600 hrs to Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa complex. Activity: Entry to Burj Khalifa 124th floor (non-peak entry ticket included), panoramic viewing, photo time. Followed by: Visit Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo inside Dubai Mall (visit may be scheduled before/after tower subject to tickets). Estimated duration: 3 hrs (visit + shopping time). Gold Souq & Shopping — Miracle Garden — Global Village
07:30 – 09:30 — Breakfast at hotel 09:30 – 12:30 — Shopping: Gold Souq & Meena Bazaar / City Shopping Self-guided shopping with coach standby at appointed location. Estimated time for shopping and bargaining. Guests advised to keep small change and check purity certificates for gold. 12:30 – 13:30 — Lunch (Indian restaurant) 14:00 — Dubai Miracle Garden Pick up / Meet: Miracle @1400 hrs (coach will proceed from hotel to Miracle Garden or meet group at assembled point depending on earlier shopping finish). Activity: Leisurely walk through themed floral displays — approx 1.5–2 hrs. Notes: Garden is outdoor; hats and sunscreen recommended. 16:00 — Global Village Pick up / Transfer: Global @1600 hrs (Coach transfer arranged) Activity: Explore pavilions, cultural shows, street food & shopping (3–4 hrs). Dinner: At Global Village (varied cuisines available; group can opt for arranged group dinner if requested). Free Morning — Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner
07:30 – 11:00 — Breakfast & Leisure 12:30 – 13:30 — Lunch (Indian restaurant) 14:00 — Desert Safari (Evening) — Dune Bashing & BBQ Dinner Pick up: Hotel @1400 hrs (Coach/4x4 to desert meeting point) Itinerary: Transfer to desert camp area → dune bashing in 4x4 (shared with group) → camel ride (short) → henna station & traditional performance → BBQ dinner with live entertainment (belly dance/tanoura). Duration: Approx. 5–6 hrs (pickup to hotel drop). Drop back: Hotel @2100 hrs Inclusions: Dune bashing (shared), BBQ buffet dinner, soft drinks, entry to desert camp, standard performances. Abu Dhabi City Tour — Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque — BAPS Temple
06:45 – 08:30 — Breakfast at hotel (early start for Abu Dhabi) 09:00 — Depart for Abu Dhabi Pick up: Hotel @0900 am (Coach) — full day excursion to Abu Dhabi (approx. 1.5–2 hrs drive each way depending on traffic). Itinerary: Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque (guided visit + photo opportunities; abide by mosque dress code). BAPS Hindu Temple visit (photography allowed in public areas; please follow temple guidelines). Drive past Corniche, Emirates Palace (photo stop), Heritage Village. Lunch: At an Indian restaurant in Abu Dhabi (pre-booked for group). Return to Dubai: Late afternoon/early evening. Estimated drop at hotel: Hotel @1900 hrs Notes: Mosques have strict dress codes — women must cover head/arms/legs; men should avoid shorts.
