- 4 SSB Travelz is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, luggage, valuables, or documents during the tour.
- 5 Travelers are advised to take care of their personal belongings at all times.
- 6 SSB Travelz is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or any personal emergencies occurring during the tour.
- 7 Any itinerary , Date , Rules, Trip Related changes will be communicated to customers whenever possible.
- 8 Travelers must report at the designated location and time. SSB Travelz is not responsible for missed flights, buses, trains, or activities due to late arrival.
- 9 Customers must follow local laws, regulations, and rules at tourist and religious destinations.
- 10 Misconduct or failure to follow tour rules may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
Terms & Conditions
- 1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- 2 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining tour amount must be paid at least 7 days before departure.
- 3 Tour prices are subject to change due to airline fares, taxes, fuel charges, currency fluctuations, or other factors.
- 4 Travelers must carry valid passports, visas, ID proofs, and other required travel documents.
- 5 SSB Travelz is not responsible for denied boarding, visa rejection or entry due to invalid or missing documents in international trips
- 6 Customers must follow the tour schedule and instructions provided by the tour coordinator.
- 7 Customers are expected to maintain proper behavior throughout the tour.
- 8 SSB Travelz reserves the right to modify the itinerary when required.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.
- Flight tickets: Once booked, flight ticket charges are non-refundable.
- Helicopter/Cruise: Once booked , as per policy Charges
- Train Tickets: As per Railway Rules
- Visa charges: All visa processing fees are non-refundable.
- Entrance tickets: Entry ticket charges are non-refundable.
- 25 days or more before departure: Up to 50% refund on eligible hotel, food, and transport charges ( Ssb travelz will decide)
- 15 days before departure: Up to 25% refund on eligible hotel, food, and transport charges. ( Ssb travelz will decide)
- 7 days or less before departure: No refund will be provided.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after deducting all non-refundable and third-party charges.
- Cancellation requests must be communicated to SSB Travelz through an official mode of communication.
