1 Any expenses incurred due to reasons beyond our control, such as bad weather, natural calamities, roadblocks, flight/helicopter/train delays, excess baggage, rescheduling or cancellations, accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, war, airline or hotel policies, etc., are not the responsibility of the tour operator.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.

Tourists are required to make an advance payment of fifty percent of the total amount during the booking process, with the remaining balance due one week before the scheduled departure.
No refunds will be provided if a tourist cancels the tour, and the advance/full amount will not be refunded (refer to the Cancellation Policy).
Adherence to the time schedule announced by the Tour Operator/Guide is essential to cover all planned destinations.
Conveyance charges from the bus alighting point to hotels/temples and other locations inaccessible to tourist buses due to traffic regulations are the responsibility of the tourists.
In the case of any tour extensions or delays, a daily charge ranging from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 5,000 will be applicable. From ₹7500 / Adult

General Conditions

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@ssbtravelz.com.
Cancellation date is calculated from the date SSB Travelz receives the written cancellation request.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.
Flight/train tickets booked separately are subject to the airline/railway cancellation policy.
In case SSB Travelz cancels a tour due to insufficient bookings or force majeure, a 100% refund will be issued.
No refund will be issued for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.

Evening: Board a Train from Any Major City with a Connecting Route to Shirdi, and Enjoy a Night Halt on the Train.

Shirdi

Arrive at Shirdi - On the second day of your journey, arrive at either Shirdi Sai Nathpuram or Nagarsol Railway Station. Efficiently handle luggage logistics before making your way to the hotel. Check into your room, freshen up, and savor a delightful tea or coffee paired with a hearty breakfast. Later, Head to the Shirdi Sai Nath Mandir for a Soulful Darshan. ??? Lunch Indulge in a delightful lunch to recharge your energy for the rest of the day. ? Evening Journey to Shani Shingnapur (Approx. 75 Kms, 1hr 30 mins) As the evening unfolds, embark on a picturesque journey to Shani Shingnapur, located approximately 75 kilometers away (around 1 hour and 30 minutes). ? Overnight Stay at Shirdi Return to Shirdi after your visit to Shani Shingnapur for a comfortable and peaceful overnight stay.
