- 3 SSB Travelz is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to invalid or missing documents.
- 4 SSB Travelz acts only as a travel facilitator and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, baggage loss, or service issues caused by third parties.
- 5 Additional expenses due to delays, tour extensions, or force majeure shall be borne by the traveler.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.
- Once the trip is confirmed, flight tickets cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
- Entry tickets included in the tour package are non-refundable in case the traveler decides to cancel the tour.
- Any amount paid toward visa processing is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- 50% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 20 days or more before the tour date.
- 25% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 15 days before the tour date.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour date.
- The full tour amount must be paid at least 7 days prior to the tour start date.

- 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Balance payment must be completed 7 days before departure.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

Board the A/C train from your departure station and begin your spiritual journey to Varanasi. Overnight journey by train.
Arrival in Varanasi
Arrive in Varanasi and transfer to the hotel. In the evening, witness the spectacular Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat before returning to the hotel.
Varanasi Temple Tour
Take a holy dip in the Ganga and visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Vishalakshi Shakti Peeth, and Annapurna Devi Temple. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Varanasi Sightseeing
Visit Durga Temple, Gavi Maa Temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, and Birla Mandir (BHU). Later, enjoy shopping for Banarasi silk sarees and local handicrafts.
Varanasi – Prayagraj – Ayodhya
Drive to Prayagraj and take a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam. Visit Alopi Devi Shakti Peeth and continue to Ayodhya for an overnight stay.
Ayodhya – Prayagraj
Visit the magnificent Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Saryu Ghat, and Ayodhya Corridor. Later, drive to Prayagraj and board the return train.
