- 1 Any expenses incurred due to reasons beyond our control, such as bad weather, natural calamities, roadblocks, flight/helicopter/train delays, excess baggage, rescheduling or cancellations, accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, war, airline or hotel policies, etc., are not the responsibility of the tour operator.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.
- Cancellation before 30 days from the date of booking incurs a 10% charge on the Tour package amount, excluding train, flight, helicopter, and cruise cancellation charges.
- Cancellation between 30 days to 15 days will result in a 25% charge from the tour package amount.
- Cancellation between 15 days to 7 days incurs a 50% charge of the Tour package amount.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure will not be eligible for any refund.
- Cancellation within 7 days with a reference to other customers will result in a 75% refund added to the new customer.
General Conditions
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@ssbtravelz.com.
- Cancellation date is calculated from the date SSB Travelz receives the written cancellation request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.
- Flight/train tickets booked separately are subject to the airline/railway cancellation policy.
- In case SSB Travelz cancels a tour due to insufficient bookings or force majeure, a 100% refund will be issued.
- No refund will be issued for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
Day-by-Day Itinerary
Lucknow – Naimisharanyam
Arrive in Lucknow and drive to Naimisharanyam (2–3 hrs). Visit Chakra Tirtha, Lalita Devi Temple, Vyasa Gaddi. Attend evening aarti. Overnight stay at Naimisharanyam.
Naimisharanyam – Ayodhya
Morning visit to Chakra Tirtha, Lalita Devi Temple, Balaji Temple and other local sacred sites. After lunch, drive to Ayodhya. Evening free or aarti at Ram Janmabhoomi. Overnight in Ayodhya.
Ayodhya – Gorakhpur – Sonali Border
Visit Sai Ram Mandir, Ram Janmabhoomi, and nearby temples. Drive towards Sonali Border, en route Gorakhnath Temple (Gorakhpur). Overnight stay at Sonali Border.
Sonali Border – Pokhara Via Lumbini
Drive to Pokhara (Nepal) enjoying scenic views of Lumbini. Overnight in Pokhara. Note: A get together meeting in the evening for the next day schedule
Pokhara – Jomsom – Muktinath – Jomsom
Drive to Jomsom and proceed to Muktinath Temple. Darshan, holy bath at 108 water spouts, visit Vishnu Bhagawan Temple Darshan. Return to Jomsom. Overnight stay.
Jomsom – Pokhara
Return drive to Pokhara via Kali Gandaki Valley. Evening Visit for Local Sightseeing - Davi's Fall, Gupteshwar Mahadev Temple, Bindhya basini Temple, Phewa Lake, . Overnight in Pokhara.
Pokhara – Manakamana – Kathmandu
Drive to Kathmandu. En route visit Manokamana Devi Shaktipeeth Temple by cable car. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Kathmandu Sightseeing
Visit Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Kathmandu Local Tour
Kathmandu Local Sightseeing - Doleshwar Maharaj Temple, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Saga, Pattan Kot. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 10 : Kathmandu – Janakpuri
Drive to Janakpuri. Visit Janaki Mandir and Vivah Mandap. Overnight in Janakpuri.
Janakpuri – Varanasi
Visit Dhanush Sagar, Ganga Sagar, Ram Mandir, Janaki Mandir. Drive to Varanasi via Indo–Nepal border. Overnight in Varanasi.
Varanasi – Departure
Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Vishalakshi Temple, Annapurna Temple. Drop at airport / railway station.
