We are not responsible for flight delays, natural calamities, any cancellations, accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, or damages caused by third-party service providers.
2 Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents such as passports, visas, identification cards, and other required permits. SSB Travels will not be responsible for denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documents.

Terms & Conditions

1 All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
2 Customers are required to pay 50% of advance amount to confirm the booking.
3 The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the tour departure date.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.

Once the trip is confirmed, flight tickets cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Entry tickets included in the tour package are non-refundable in case the traveler decides to cancel the tour.
Any amount paid toward visa processing is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
50% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 20 days or more before the tour date.
25% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 15 days before the tour date.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour date.
The full tour amount must be paid at least 7 days prior to the tour start date.

General Conditions

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@ssbtravelz.com.
Cancellation date is calculated from the date SSB Travelz receives the written cancellation request.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.
Flight/train tickets booked separately are subject to the airline/railway cancellation policy.
In case SSB Travelz cancels a tour due to insufficient bookings or force majeure, a 100% refund will be issued.
No refund will be issued for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Varanasi – A City of Spiritual Depth

Upon arrival at Varanasi Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our team and transferred to your hotel.Evening:* • After checking in and freshening up, immerse yourself in the spiritual ambiance of this ancient city by visiting the revered Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. • Later, witness the breathtaking Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, where the sight of priests performing rituals with fire lamps to the rhythmic sounds of bells and mantras will leave you in awe. Halt.

Day 2

Temple Visits

•Visit the revered *Kashi Vishwanath Jyotirlinga*, one of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva. •Pay homage at *Vishalakshi Shakti Peeth*, a significant temple dedicated to Goddess Vishalakshi, considered a Shakti Peetham. •Visit the *Annapurna Devi Temple*, dedicated to the goddess of nourishment. *Lunch and Leisure:* •Return to the hotel for lunch and some leisure time. •Relax *Dinner and Overnight:*

Morning to Afternoon: Rest day or visit nearby temples for special darshans.

Day 4

Varanasi Local Sightseeing

* Morning:* • Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. * Local Sightseeing:* • Visit *Durga Mandir*, known for its beautiful red stone architecture dedicated to Goddess Durga. • Visit *Gavi Maa Mandir*, a lesser-known yet spiritually significant site. • Proceed to *Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir*, a popular temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman. • Visit *Tulsi Manas Mandir*, a temple built at the location where the saint Tulsidas wrote the Ramcharitmanas • Conclude with a visit to *Birla Mandir* (New Vishwanath Temple), located within the campus of Banaras Hindu University (BHU). *Lunch:* • Return to the hotel for lunch * Afternoon:* • Spend the afternoon shopping for traditional Banarasi silk sarees, handicrafts, or souvenirs, or continue exploring the city on your own. * Dinner and Overnight:* • Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 5

Varanasi - Prayagraj - Varanasi

* Early Morning (4:00 AM):* • Wake up early, freshen up, and enjoy tea, coffee, or biscuits. * Departure to Prayagraj:* • Depart for Prayagraj, a 3-hour drive (approximately 120 km). * Arrival at Prayagraj:* • Arrive at *Triveni Sangam*, the sacred confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati rivers. Take a holy dip and perform rituals. • After completing the rituals, enjoy a packed or freshly prepared breakfast • Visit the *Alopi Devi Shakti Peeth*, a sacred site dedicated to Goddess Alopi. * Return to Varanasi:* • On the way back, visit **Sitamarhi* (a place associated with Sita from the Ramayana) and *Vindhyachal* (a revered Shakti Peeth). * Evening and Overnight:* • Arrive back in Varanasi for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6

Rest Day or Temple Darshan

* Morning to Afternoon:* • Rest day or visit nearby temples for further spiritual exploration. * Evening Activity:* • Participate in the **Ganga Aarti* again or visit other Ghats along the river. • Visit the nearby *Assi Ghat*, a serene spot known for its spiritual ambiance and lesser crowds. * Dinner and Overnight:* • Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 7

Varanasi - Ayodhya - Varanasi

* Early Morning (4:00 AM):* • Wake up early, freshen up, and enjoy tea, coffee, or biscuits. *Departure to Ayodhya*: Depart for Ayodhya, a 5-hour drive (approximately 225 km). *Arrival in Ayodhya*: • Visit the newly constructed *Ram Janmabhoomi Temple* for darshan and prayers. • Enjoy a breakfast and proceed for a guided tour of the *Ayodhya corridor* and other significant sites, including temples and monuments. * Lunch:* • Enjoy lunch in Ayodhya. * Return to Varanasi:* • Depart Ayodhya in the afternoon and return to Varanasi by the same route. * Evening and Overnight:* • Arrive back in Varanasi for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8

Rest Day or Shopping in Varanasi

* Morning to Evening:* • Spend the day at leisure – rest, explore more temples, or enjoy shopping for local crafts, jewelry, and famous Banarasi silk. *Dinner and Overnight*: Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 9

Varanasi - Gaya/Bodh Gaya - Varanasi

* Early Morning (4:00 AM):* • Wake up, freshen up, and enjoy tea, coffee, or biscuits. *Departure to Gaya/Bodh Gaya*: • Depart for Gaya, a 5-hour drive (approximately 250 km). *Arrival in Gaya*: •Visit *Mangala Gauri Shakti Peetham*, a revered temple dedicated to Goddess Shakti • Proceed to *Vishnupad Temple*, a temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. * Lunch:* • Enjoy lunch in Gaya. *Afternoon Activity*: • Visit *Bodh Gaya, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Revisit Varanasi's Spiritual Sites

Varanasi - Naimisharanyam

After breakfast continue the journey to Naimisharayam. Evening: Arrive in Naimisharayam and check in at the hotel. Overnight: Stay at the hotel in Naimisharayam

Day 12

Naimisharayam - Lucknow - Hyderabad

Early morning wake up & fresh up , have a bath in chakra tirthi , darshan local temples. After having Delicious lunch departs Lucknow airport to Hyderabad
