- 2 Travelers must carry valid ID, passport, visa, and other required travel documents.
- 3 SSB Travelz is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to invalid or missing documents.
- 4 SSB Travelz acts only as a travel facilitator and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, baggage loss, or service issues caused by third parties.
- 5 Additional expenses due to delays, tour extensions, or force majeure shall be borne by the traveler.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.
- Once the trip is confirmed, flight tickets cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
- Entry tickets included in the tour package are non-refundable in case the traveler decides to cancel the tour.
- Any amount paid toward visa processing is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- 50% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 20 days or more before the tour date.
- 25% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 15 days before the tour date.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour date.
- The full tour amount must be paid at least 7 days prior to the tour start date.

- 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Balance payment must be completed 7 days before departure.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
Day-by-Day Itinerary

Arrive at Varanasi Airport and transfer to the hotel. In the evening, visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple and witness the divine Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat.
Varanasi Temple Darshan
Visit Kashi Vishwanath Jyotirlinga, Vishalakshi Shakti Peeth, and Annapurna Devi Temple. Rest of the day at leisure.
Leisure Day
Enjoy a relaxed day or visit nearby temples for additional darshan.
Varanasi Sightseeing
Visit Durga Temple, Gavi Maa Temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Birla Mandir (BHU) and enjoy shopping for Banarasi silk.
Prayagraj Excursion
Visit Triveni Sangam, Alopi Devi Shakti Peeth, Sitamarhi, and Vindhyachal Shakti Peeth before returning to Varanasi.
Leisure & Ganga Aarti
Relax or explore nearby temples. In the evening, visit Assi Ghat and attend the Ganga Aarti.
Ayodhya Excursion
Visit Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Ayodhya Corridor, and other important temples before returning to Varanasi.
Leisure & Shopping
Spend the day relaxing or shopping for Banarasi silk sarees, handicrafts, and souvenirs.
Gaya & Bodh Gaya
Visit Mangala Gauri Shakti Peeth, Vishnupad Temple, Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhi Tree, and the Great Buddha Statue before returning to Varanasi.
Spiritual Leisure
Revisit Kashi Vishwanath Temple or spend the day at leisure and shopping.
Varanasi – Naimisharanyam
Proceed to Naimisharanyam and check in to the hotel.
Naimisharanyam – Lucknow Departure
Take a holy bath at Chakra Tirtha, visit the famous temples of Naimisharanyam, and transfer to Lucknow Airport for your onward journey.
