- 2 Travelers must carry valid ID, passport, visa, and other required travel documents.
- 3 SSB Travelz is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to invalid or missing documents.
- 4 SSB Travelz acts only as a travel facilitator and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, baggage loss, or service issues caused by third parties.
- 5 Additional expenses due to delays, tour extensions, or force majeure shall be borne by the traveler.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.
- Once the trip is confirmed, flight tickets cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
- Entry tickets included in the tour package are non-refundable in case the traveler decides to cancel the tour.
- Any amount paid toward visa processing is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- 50% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 20 days or more before the tour date.
- 25% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 15 days before the tour date.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour date.
- The full tour amount must be paid at least 7 days prior to the tour start date.

- 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Balance payment must be completed 7 days before departure.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

Board the A/C train from your departure station and begin your spiritual journey to Varanasi. Overnight journey by train.
Arrival in Varanasi
Arrive in Varanasi and transfer to the hotel. In the evening, witness the divine Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat.
Varanasi Temple Darshan
Take a holy dip in the River Ganga and visit Kashi Vishwanath Jyotirlinga, Vishalakshi Shakti Peeth, and Annapurna Devi Temple.
Varanasi Sightseeing
Visit Durga Temple, Gavi Maa Temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Birla Mandir (BHU), and enjoy shopping for Banarasi silk.
Prayagraj Excursion
Visit Triveni Sangam, Alopi Devi Shakti Peeth, Sitamarhi, and Vindhyachal Temple, then return to Varanasi.
Leisure Day
Relax at the hotel or visit nearby temples. In the evening, visit Assi Ghat or attend the Ganga Aarti.
Ayodhya Excursion
Drive to Ayodhya and visit Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Ayodhya Corridor, and other important temples before returning to Varanasi.
Leisure & Shopping
Spend the day relaxing or shopping for Banarasi silk sarees, handicrafts, and souvenirs.
Gaya & Bodh Gaya
Visit Mangala Gauri Shakti Peeth, Vishnupad Temple, Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhi Tree, and Great Buddha Statue before returning to Varanasi.
Spiritual Leisure
Revisit Kashi Vishwanath Temple or spend the day at leisure and shopping.
Departure from Varanasi
Enjoy free time before transferring to Varanasi Railway Station for your return journey.
