We are not responsible for flight delays, natural calamities, any cancellations, accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, or damages caused by third-party service providers.
- 2 Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents such as passports, visas, identification cards, and other required permits. SSB Travels will not be responsible for denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documents.
Terms & Conditions
- 1 All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- 2 Customers are required to pay 50% of advance amount to confirm the booking.
- 3 The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the tour departure date.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.
- Once the trip is confirmed, flight tickets cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
- Entry tickets included in the tour package are non-refundable in case the traveler decides to cancel the tour.
- Any amount paid toward visa processing is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- 50% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 20 days or more before the tour date.
- 25% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 15 days before the tour date.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour date.
- The full tour amount must be paid at least 7 days prior to the tour start date.
General Conditions
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@ssbtravelz.com.
- Cancellation date is calculated from the date SSB Travelz receives the written cancellation request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.
- Flight/train tickets booked separately are subject to the airline/railway cancellation policy.
- In case SSB Travelz cancels a tour due to insufficient bookings or force majeure, a 100% refund will be issued.
- No refund will be issued for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.

Arrival in Varanasi

Meet our representative at the station and transfer to an air conditioned vehicle for a comfortable journey to the hotel. *Lunch:* • Check in to the hotel, freshen up, and enjoy a delicious lunch. *Evening:* • Participate in the mesmerizing *Ganga Aarti ceremony* at the famous *Dashashwamedh Ghat*, a spiritually uplifting experience filled with chants, prayers, and the rhythmic sound of bells. *Dinner and Overnight:* • Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

* Early Morning (4:00 AM):* • Wake up early, freshen up, and enjoy tea, coffee, or biscuits. * Departure to Prayagraj:* • Depart for Prayagraj, a 3-hour drive (approximately 120 km). * Arrival at Prayagraj:* • Arrive at *Triveni Sangam*, the sacred confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati rivers. Take a holy dip and perform rituals. • After completing the rituals, enjoy a packed or freshly prepared breakfast. • Visit the *Alopi Devi Shakti Peeth*, a sacred site dedicated to Goddess Alopi. * Return to Varanasi:* • On the way back, visit **Sitamarhi* (a place associated with Sita from the Ramayana) and *Vindhyachal* (a revered Shakti Peeth). * Evening and Overnight:* • Arrive back in Varanasi for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
