1 SSB Travels acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour guides. We are not responsible for flight delays, natural calamities, any cancellations, accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, or damages caused by third-party service providers.
2 Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents such as passports, visas, identification cards, and other required permits. SSB Travels will not be responsible for denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documents.

Terms & Conditions

1 All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
2 Customers are required to pay 50% of advance amount to confirm the booking.
3 The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the tour departure date.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.

Cancellation before 30 days from the date of booking incurs a 10% charge on the Tour package amount, excluding train, flight, helicopter, and cruise cancellation charges.
Cancellation between 30 days to 15 days will result in a 25% charge from the tour package amount.
Cancellation between 15 days to 7 days incurs a 50% charge of the Tour package amount.
Cancellation less than 7 days before departure will not be eligible for any refund.
Cancellation within 7 days with a reference to other customers will result in a 75% refund added to the new customer.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour date.
The full tour amount must be paid at least 7 days prior to the tour start date.

General Conditions

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@ssbtravelz.com.
Cancellation date is calculated from the date SSB Travelz receives the written cancellation request.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.
Flight/train tickets booked separately are subject to the airline/railway cancellation policy.
In case SSB Travelz cancels a tour due to insufficient bookings or force majeure, a 100% refund will be issued.
No refund will be issued for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1

JOURNEY TO HARIDWAR

Commence your journey from Vizag/Vijaywada/Hyderabad by flight ✈ to Delhi. Upon arrival at Delhi Airport, proceed to Haridwar via a comfortable 27-seater A/C bus.

Day 2

HARIDWAR TO BARKOT TRANQUIL RETREAT

Start your day early in the serene ambience of Haridwar at Har ki Pauri with a refreshing wake-up, followed by tea/coffee. Enjoy a delicious breakfast before embarking on your journey to Barkot. Unwind and stay overnight in the tranquil surroundings of Barkot.

Day 3

YAMUNOTRI EXPEDITION

Begin your day with an early wake-up, refreshing fresh-up, and a comforting tea or coffee. Pick up food parcels for on-the-go breakfast and lunch. Head to Yamunotri for a divine darshan from Chanachetti, covering 8 km by Doli or Horse (at your own expense). In the evening, return to Barkot for an overnight stay

Day 4

FROM BARKOT TO SPIRITUAL UTTARKASHI

Begin your day with an early morning wake-up, freshen up, and enjoy a healthy breakfast. Depart for Uttarkashi. Upon evening arrival, check in at the hotel, freshen up, and head for Kashi Vishwanath Darshan. Spend a tranquil night in Uttarkashi.

Day 5

SACRED JOURNEY TO GANGOTRI

Commence your day with an early wake-up, freshen up, and a cup of tea or coffee. Enjoy breakfast en route and depart for Gangotri via Gangnani for a purifying bath at the Himalayan Hot Springs. Continue to the Gangotri Temple; in case of traffic, a 2 to 3 km walk may be required. After the darshan, return to your hotel in Uttarkashi for an overnight stay

Day 6

PILGRIMAGE TO GUPTA KASI (KEDARNATH)*

Start your day with an early wake-up, refreshing tea or coffee, and en route breakfast. Proceed to Kedarnath (Gupta Kasi) for the darshan at Guptakasi temple. Explore the helipad before heading to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Gupta Kasi.

Day 7

KEDARNATH PILGRIMAGE FROM GUPTA KASI

Rise early, freshen up, and pick up food parcels for breakfast and lunch on the way. For those taking the helicopter, proceed to the helipad; for those using doli or horse, head to Gaurikund for Kedarnath Darshan. The return follows the same procedure. In case of unfavorable weather, the helicopter darshan may be postponed to the next day. Overnight stay at Gupta Kasi

Day 8

EXTRA DAY IN GUPTA KASI

This additional day is dedicated to accommodating customers who missed the Kedarnath helicopter ride on the previous day. Alternatively, it offers an opportunity for those staying in Gupta Kasi to explore the local attractions.

Day 9

JOURNEY TO BADRINATH THROUGH SCENIC ROUTES

Start your day early with a fresh-up and a wholesome breakfast. Depart for Badrinath via the picturesque Chopta Hills, Pipal Kot, and Joshi Math. Return to Pipal Kot and overnight stay at Pipal Kot.

Day 10

SPIRITUAL SOJOURN IN BADRINATH

Begin your day with an early wake-up, freshen up, and a cup of tea or coffee and headt to Badrinath and to the Alaknanda River for a purifying bath, followed by Pind-dan and Pooja darshan. Experience the divine Badri Vishal Darshan and return to Pipal Kot and overnight stay in Pipal Kot.

Day 11

PIPAL KOT TO HARIDWAR VIA RISHIKESH

Rise early, freshen up, and enjoy tea or coffee. Depart for Haridwar via Rishikesh, with breakfast en route. Expect a full day of travel, culminating in an overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 12

HARIDWAR TO HARIDWAR WITH LOCAL EXPLORATION

Begin your day with an early wake-up, freshen up, and head for a Ganga bath (at your own expense). Explore Haridwar's local attractions using auto-rickshaws (at your own expense), including Har Ki Pauri, Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Devi Temple, Daksheswara Mahadev Temple, and Maya Devi Temple. Witness the enchanting Ganga Harthi in the evening, followed by an overnight journey to Haridwar.

Day 13

HARIDWAR TO DELHI AND DEPARTURE

Upon arrival in Delhi, check into the hotel, freshen up, and savor a healthy breakfast and visit Ramdev Baba Ashram (Optional) drop off at Delhi airport for your journey back to Vizag/Vijayawada/Hyderabad.
