- 4 SSB Travelz acts only as a travel facilitator and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, baggage loss, or service issues caused by third parties.
- 5 Additional expenses due to delays, tour extensions, or force majeure shall be borne by the traveler.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation policy for this tour.
- Once the trip is confirmed, flight tickets cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
- Entry tickets included in the tour package are non-refundable in case the traveler decides to cancel the tour.
- Any amount paid toward visa processing is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- 50% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 20 days or more before the tour date.
- *25% refund* of hotel, food, and transportation charges will be provided for cancellations made *15 days before* the departure date.
- *No refund* will be provided for cancellations made *7 days or less* before the departure date.

- Balance payment must be completed 7 days before departure.

Arrive at Jaffna International Airport and transfer to Jaffna City. Visit Jaffna Fort, Nagadeepa Temple, and the iconic Jaffna Public Library. Explore the local market before checking in to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
10 Oct | Jaffna – Trincomalee
After breakfast, visit the famous Nallur Kandaswamy Temple. Drive to Trincomalee and explore Kanniya Hot Water Springs, Badrakali Amman Temple, and the beautiful Uppuweli Beach. Check in to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
11 Oct | Trincomalee – Kandy
Begin the day with visits to Koneswaram Temple and the sacred Shankari Devi Shakti Peeth. Continue to Kandy via Sri Muthumariamman Temple in Matale. Enjoy the traditional Kandy Cultural Dance Show, visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, Kataragama Devalaya, and Kandy View Point before checking in to the hotel.
12 Oct | Kandy – Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, visit Shri Bhakta Hanuman Temple, a Tea Plantation & Factory, Ramboda Waterfall, Seetha Amman Temple, and the Agni Pariksha Site. Later, explore the charming hill town of Nuwara Eliya, popularly known as "Little England," before checking in to the hotel.
13 Oct | Nuwara Eliya – Chilaw
Visit Gregory Lake and Gayathri Peedam after breakfast. Proceed to Chilaw and explore a Spice & Herbal Garden, the sacred Munneswaram Temple, and Manavari Temple before checking in to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
14 Oct | Chilaw – Colombo
Travel to Colombo after breakfast and visit Kelaniya Vibhishana Temple, Panchamuga Anjaneyar Temple, and Gangaramaya Temple. Enjoy a Colombo city tour covering Independence Square, BMICH, Galle Face Green, Old Parliament, and Lotus Tower (outside view), followed by shopping before hotel check-in.
15 Oct | Colombo – Departure
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and spend free time shopping or relaxing (subject to your flight schedule). Later, transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for your onward journey with wonderful memories of Sri Lanka.
